UAS Operation Request Form

Please note that all submissions must be made 2 business days in advance.

(This can be a common campus location, for example Alumni Quad, or latitude / longitude coordinates, for example, Founder’s Circle is at approximately 40° 41’ 53” N / 89° 36’ 58” W)
(Must be less than 400 feet above ground level)
