  1. Purchase of nominal cost items not to exceed $25 per item.
  2. Use as a change funds for sales type transactions (theatre).
  3. Miscellaneous office supplies not readily available through regular University purchasing channels
  4. Emergency repairs
  5. Art supplies
  6. Hardware (Facilities)
